Terrible service. Dropped my white leather sneakers (almost new) for cleaning and polishing. When I came to pick it up after 2 weeks, they were not clean at all. I could see a terrible white painting on my shoes. The color was not matching at all. They took it back promising to fix it. I came back a week later, the condition was the same – dirty residues on the surface of the sneakers, dry leather. The most important – it shrank, my sneakers became smaller. When I did show it to the responsible person, she said that she doesn’t know anything about my case. It is my responsibility to contact the place in Farum who has done this work for me. ????? They did not return the money back. I was so angry, left my shoes at the place saying when you fix it call me back. They didn't call for 2 months. Not recommended this place to anyone.

Butler i Holte - Amatører Tager ned i butikken for at få renset et foldegardin. De siger at det tager en uge. Kommer og henter og får udleveret gardinet der ikke er renset. De fortæller at det ikke kan renses og at de er kede af ikke at have fortalt det da jeg kom med det. Har lige været på renseri i Nærum med samme gardin og de kunne rense det og jeg kunne hente dagen efter.
